WILL SOLOMONSomatic therapy is a body-first approach to stress and trauma. Instead of only talking about what happened, we pay attention to what the body is doing right now - the held breath, the braced shoulders, the pace of the heart - and use gentle awareness, movement, and breath to help the nervous system settle. It's practical, grounded work: no performance, no pressure, just space for the body to finish what it's been holding.
Note: this is coaching / wellness bodywork, not a substitute for medical or licensed mental-health care.
Turn down a nervous system stuck in high gear - sleep better, react less, breathe easier.
Release the chronic bracing the body carries - jaw, shoulders, gut, chest - without forcing.
Build a felt sense of steadiness you can return to - on hard days and ordinary ones.
We start slow - a check-in, a few breaths, no agenda you have to perform to.
Guided attention to sensation, gentle movement and breath - following the body's lead.
Close with grounding and simple practices to carry the calm into the week.
Tell Will a little about what's bringing you in. All sessions are online, over video. He replies personally.
